This Privacy Policy explains how KRAWCZI handles privacy for the Home Harmony List mobile application and related support communication. The app is a personal household task planning utility and does not require registration or accounts.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

This Privacy Policy applies to the Home Harmony List app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by KRAWCZI SP Z O O, referred to as the Service Provider.

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

No account required. The website and the Application do not require login, registration, account creation, user dashboards, or protected pages.

Local household records

Home Harmony List is designed for household chore planning. If room categories, chore task titles, notes, due dates, priority levels, favorite markers, recurring schedules, task filters, room-specific task counts, completed chore history, streak values, daily/weekly/monthly progress values, or app settings are saved by the Application, those records remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access and sharing

Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties. KRAWCZI does not sell personal data.

Data Retention

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information on KRAWCZI servers, so there is no server-side personal data retention period for normal app use. Local household records created inside the Application, if any, remain on the user’s own device and are controlled by the user.

If you contact KRAWCZI directly by email or voluntarily provide information through another support channel, that information may be kept only as long as necessary to respond to your request, maintain reasonable business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Because Home Harmony List does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. Local app data may also be removed through available device or app storage controls, depending on your operating system.

If you voluntarily contacted KRAWCZI and want that support communication deleted, you may request deletion by emailing support@krawczi.online. You may also use info@krawczi.online or development@krawczi.online.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion of that information using the contact details in this Policy.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.

Security and data breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through the Application is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. If a breach occurs involving information that you voluntarily provided to KRAWCZI, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Responsible-use notice

Home Harmony List is a personal household task planning utility. It is not an interior design app, renovation estimator, cleaning service marketplace, home repair contractor platform, ecommerce shopping list, property management software, professional maintenance compliance tool, smart-home automation system, calendar replacement, medical hygiene advisor, safety inspection tool, or replacement for professional repair services, licensed contractors, safety checks, legal property obligations, medical hygiene advice, or personal household judgment.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.
